About the role
Lady Gowrie QLD is a respected leader in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC), proudly supporting a wide network of services across Queensland. At our Warry Street Child Centre, we foster a professional, flexible, and collaborative environment, with a strong focus on continuous professional growth. Our approach is centred on building positive, inclusive, and responsive relationships with children, families, and the wider community. We are a community-based service, operating Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:45 pm.
About the Role
Position: Early Childhood Teacher (Full-Time) – Immediate start
Hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (includes 6.5 hours of non-contact time each week)
Leave: Annual leave plus two weeks paid recess leave

About You
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher who can bring enthusiasm, creativity, and professionalism to our team. The successful applicant will have:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent, recognised by ACECQA)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard
A current Blue Card and up to date First Aid/CPR certification (including asthma and anaphylaxis)
Experience designing and delivering engaging educational programs
A proven ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
