Desired Skills And Experience

What You'll Do

Lead, coach and support the Injury & Claims team, creating a positive and collaborative culture.Oversee Workers' Compensation claims across all Australian jurisdictions, ensuring compliant and effective claims management.Partner with leaders to provide practical advice on injury management, rehabilitation and return to work.Build strong relationships with insurers, brokers, rehabilitation providers and other key stakeholders.Monitor claims performance, premiums and trends while identifying opportunities to improve outcomes.Prepare reports and insights for senior leaders, supporting business decisions and continuous improvement.

About You

Demonstrated leadership experience within Injury Management and Workers' Compensation, backed by a strong understanding of Australian legislation. Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor, coach and develop high-performing teams.Allied Health qualification with a strong understanding of injury management, rehabilitation and return to work practices.Confident communicator who builds trusted relationships and provides practical, solutions-focused advice.Strong understanding of Workers' Compensation legislation, claims management and stakeholder engagement.Passionate about helping people recover, supporting leaders and achieving positive outcomes for employees and the business.
