East Arnhem Real Estate is a locally owned and operated agency delivering property services across East Arnhem Land. From our head office in Nhulunbuy (Gove), we support remote teams in Yirrkala, Milingimbi, Ramingining, Gapuwiyak, and Galiwin’ku.

We’re seeking a dynamic, solutions-focused Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building genuine relationships. Based in Nhulunbuy, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio supported by smart systems and a collaborative team.
You’ll also have the opportunity to travel to remote Aboriginal communities, making a real impact while exploring some of the most untouched landscapes in Australia.
Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or willing to obtain prior to commencement)
Previous experience in Property Management or Real Estate (preferred)
NT Driver’s Licence (work vehicle provided)
Australian Citizenship or full working rights
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office and real estate software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of NT tenancy legislation (desirable)
Bonus skills: Qualifications or experience in finance, project management, or maintenance management are highly regarded

What We Offer:
Full-time position
Monday to Friday, NO weekend work!!
Excellent salary package over $135,000 in value: $83,200 Base Wage + Super + Annual Retention Bonus +KPI Reward Program + Rent Free Furnished Accommodation + Work Car
