About the Role

Duties

• Monitor the Club Lounge to ensure seating availability, guest safety, wellbeing, and exceptional service standards. 
• Welcome and assist guests, anticipate service needs, respond to enquiries, and provide professional and memorable guest experience. 
• Prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and responsible service requirements. 
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the bar, lounge area, equipment, tables, glassware, and utensils. 
• Manage stock levels of beverages, ice, glassware, and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment and secure storage of inventory.
• Complete opening and closing procedures, document relevant information, coordinate supply requisitions, and communicate operational or guest requirements to the kitchen and leadership team.

Skills & Experience

• Responsible Service of Alcohol from Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA)
• I’m Alert Food Safety Certification (from City of Perth) 
• Experience working in customer service role preferable
• Passion for customer service
• Unrestricted working rights for Australia
