Casual Junior Piano Sales Consultant

Australian Piano Warehouse, part of the Dale Cleves Music Group one of Australia's most established musical instrument retail groups is looking for an enthusiastic junior salesperson to join our Brisbane team on a casual basis.

This is a genuine opportunity to learn the craft of piano and keyboard sales from the ground up, working alongside experienced consultants, with a clear path to grow into a specialist piano sales role.

You will support the showroom floor and develop into a confident salesperson. From time to time this role may involve working at an alternative location.

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service — on the floor and over the phone.

• Help customers find the right instrument, and follow up on sales enquiries.

• Process sales, web orders and invoicing.

• Keep the showroom looking its best — merchandising, cleaning and polishing instruments.

• Support the receiving and processing of stock.

• Assist with stocktakes and general store administration.

• From time to time this role may involve working at an alternative location.
