Tech Manager – Medical Review Program

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tech Manager with strong Workers Compensation experience to support our Medical Review program on a part-time basis.

You’ll work closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure systems, processes and technology solutions effectively support the delivery of Workers Compensation and Medical Review services.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technology leadership across the Medical Review programWork closely with Workers Compensation and operational stakeholdersSupport system enhancements, technology projects and process improvementsTranslate business and Workers Compensation requirements into technology solutionsManage technology issues, risks and dependenciesCoordinate with internal technology teams and external partnersSupport governance, compliance and system performanceProvide advice and recommendations to senior stakeholders

About You

Strong Workers Compensation industry experience is essentialUnderstanding of Workers Compensation claims, medical review and related processesStrong stakeholder management skills across business and technology teamsExperience delivering technology improvements within a complex or regulated environmentStrong problem-solving and communication skills
