Residential Sales Consultant

About the role

You will work closely with residential clients to understand their needs and help them find the right modular building solution for their property, lifestyle and budget. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys working with people, understands the importance of building strong customer relationships, and is motivated by achieving results.

Key responsibilities

• Responding to new residential sales enquiries and following up leads

• Meeting with customers to understand their requirements and project goals

• Guiding clients through the design, selection and purchasing process

• Preparing quotations and proposals

• Conducting site visits and customer consultations where required

• Managing your sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to contract

• Maintaining strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process

• Working closely with our design, production and installation teams

• Keeping accurate records and maintaining regular communication with clients

About you

• Confident, professional and personable

• A natural communicator who enjoys dealing with people

• Highly motivated and results-driven

• Organised and able to manage multiple customers and projects

• Comfortable discussing budgets, pricing and project requirements

• Experienced in sales, preferably within building, construction, property, modular buildings, housing or a related industry

• Able to understand customer needs and turn them into practical solutions

• Comfortable working independently while being part of a wider team

• Reliable, proactive and committed to providing an exceptional customer experience
