A rare part-time FM role in coastal Kiama, 10 hours a week, full professional ownership

Based in Kiama, this part-time Facilities Manager role offers genuine ownership of a retail asset across just 10 hours per week. Reporting into CBRE's Property Management team, you will be the primary point of contact for day-to-day FM delivery, ensuring the property is well-maintained, compliant, and operating at it's best.
