Casual Breakfast & Lunch Chef Wanted – Mondays & Tuesdays

We’re looking for a reliable and punctual casual chef to work Monday and Tuesday breakfast and lunch shifts. In O'conner Act

Duties include:

• Preparing sandwiches and simple breakfast/lunch items
• Basic food preparation
• Setting up, maintaining and packing down the deli section
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and food-safe
• Managing prep and service independently

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen or busy café
• Confident with sandwich preparation and basic cooking
• Reliable, punctual and available every Monday and Tuesday
• Able to work efficiently without constant supervision
• Good organisation, cleanliness and food-safety knowledge
• Ability to handle a breakfast and lunch shift independently
