Are you passionate about turning digital data into meaningful customer insights? We're looking for a Senior Digital Analytics Specialist to join our Digital Customer team and play a key role in shaping the analytics strategy across a large and complex digital ecosystem.

In this role, you'll be a trusted subject matter expert, partnering with Product, Technology, Marketing and Digital teams to design, implement and optimise digital analytics solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business outcomes.

About the Role

As a Senior Digital Analytics Specialist, you will support the Digital Analytics Design function by delivering robust analytics solutions across customer-facing digital platforms. Leveraging the Adobe Experience Cloud suite, you'll help ensure stakeholders have access to accurate, insightful, and actionable data to inform strategic decision-making.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the digital analytics subject matter expert across a diverse digital portfolio.
• Designing and delivering analytics tagging solutions using Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch/Data Collection.
• Translating business and customer requirements into effective measurement frameworks and tracking solutions.
• Collaborating with Product Owners, Developers, UX teams, Marketing Technology and business stakeholders to deliver analytics requirements.
• Providing ongoing reporting, insights and recommendations to support digital adoption, customer engagement, sales performance and conversion optimisation.
• Building dashboards and reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision making.
• Driving continuous improvement in analytics frameworks, governance, and data quality processes.
• Identifying and resolving analytics issues, ensuring the integrity and reliability of digital data.

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll combine strong technical expertise with excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.

• 3+ years' experience in a digital analytics-focused role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch/Data Collection.
• Experience working across digital products, platforms, websites or customer journeys.
• Proven ability to deliver analytics solutions and solve complex business problems using data.
• Experience with additional digital analytics and marketing technology platforms will be highly regarded.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, consulting and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong planning, organisation and attention to detail.
• Commitment to collaboration, knowledge sharing and teamwork.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and reporting platforms.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline are desirable.
