Registered Nurse

We are looking for a caring, motivated Registered Nurse to join our team. You will support participants with clinical care and health management, and contribute to a safe and nurturing environment.

Position: Full-time

Working Hours: 38 hours per week

Location: Forster, Taree NSW

Salary: $85000 - $90000pa plus super

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments
• Develop, implement, and review individualised health care plans
• Monitor chronic conditions
• Manage complex medical needs
• Medication management
• Wound Care
• Documentation and compliance
• SIL and SDA settings
• Advocate for equitable access to healthcare

Requirement:

• A genuine desire to support people in achieving their goals, improving health and living independently
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• Valid Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and relevant clearances
• A current driver's license and reliable transport (where required for travel)
