Surfacing Installer / Labourer – Immediate Start

Surfacing Contractors Australia is an Australian owned and operated company operating in the commercial landscaping sector. Our clients include Local, State and Federal Government, Private and Public schools, Landscape Builders and Tier 1, 2 & 3 builders. 

Due to strong growth, we are looking for reliable, hard-working labourers to join our installation crews.

Who This Role Suits

This role is ideal for people from physically demanding backgrounds such as:

• Concreting

• Landscaping

• Civil construction

• General labouring

• Warehousing/freight handling

If you’re used to hands-on work, long days on your feet, and being part of a crew – you’ll fit right in.

The Role

You’ll be working in a team across different sites, involved in:

• Rubber surfacing (from playgrounds to sports tracks)

• Acrylic coatings (tennis & multi-sport courts)

• Synthetic grass installation

• Playground and sporting equipment installs

• Demolition, site prep, and earthworks

No two days are the same, this is a hands-on role where you’ll stay active and learn new skills.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour

• Team player who takes direction well

• Good communication skills

• Attention to detail and pride in your work

• Availability for Monday to Friday work, with occasional Saturday and Rural work as required

Tickets & Requirements

• White Card (essential)

• Working With Children Check/Blue Card (essential)

• MR Licence (essential)

Highly regarded (but not required):

• Excavator/skid steer experience

• Working at heights

• Traffic management

• Previous construction or labouring experience

We provide full training and can help you obtain required tickets if needed.
