We are looking for leaders who are guest obsessed and committed to delivering outstanding quality, service and cleanliness to our guests at Hungry Jack’s Kalgoorlie.

We have full-time Assistant Manager and Shift Supervisor positions available.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position requires flexible availability and a willingness to work a mixture of days, nights and weekends to support our guest-obsessed culture.

As an Assistant Manager or Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Providing safety leadership through our Work Safe, Home Safe strategy
• Creating a guest-obsessed culture within the restaurant
• Responding to customer enquiries and complaints
• Maintaining high standards of quality, food safety and stock management
• Leading and developing a high-performing team
• Supporting crew training and development
• Managing crew requests and addressing grievances
• Leading designated shifts in line with Hungry Jack’s standards
• Building the brand through effective business planning and execution
• Managing each shift to achieve its performance and profit goals
• Championing change and keeping your team engaged
• Continuing your own development as you grow in the role

To be considered, candidates must have at least one year of management or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality or food service.
