We provide premium residential cleaning services to homes across the Lower and Upper North Shore, including Kirribilli, Northbridge, Lane Cove, Chatswood, Roseville, Killara, Lindfield, Gordon, Pymble, St Ives, Turramurra, Wahroonga and Hornsby.

We are now hiring reliable and detail-oriented and friendly Cleaners for our Residential Division.

About the Role:

We deliver premium residential cleaning services to respectful clients who value quality, reliability and attention to detail.

Every job comes with a clear scope of work as we have already visited that place or have been cleaning that property regularly — no surprises! you’ll always know exactly what needs to be done with clear and simple procedures providing full job details including the client, address, shift times and specific tasks for each home. The scope is agreed in advance with client, giving peace of mind for both you and the client.

We carefully plan your schedule to minimise travel time, maximise your hours and provide you with stability and peace of mind. Shifts are organised weekly and advised by Friday prior to the week.

Work independently or in small teams of 2, depending on the job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular home cleaning (weekly, fortnightly and monthly clients) according to the agreed scope of work
• Spring cleans and end-of-lease cleans (occasionally)
• Clean and maintain all residential areas to a high standard
• Vacuum, mop, sweep, dust and wipe down all surfaces
• Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens and common areas
• Empty bins and dispose of waste correctly

You will also be expected to:

• Clock in and out of each shift using our scheduling system
• Manage your stock allocation of cleaning products (we wash the cloths for you, and we provide you with all products ready to go for you)
• Follow all company policies, the employee handbook and WHS guidelines
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent Sunbright Cleaning with pride

Essential Requirements:

✔ Valid driver’s licence

✔ Insured vehicle

✔ Right to work in Australia (Student Visa and Working Holiday Visa welcome)

✔ TFN required

✔ Current Police Check or willingness to obtain one

✔ Available for daytime shifts on weekdays — minimum 2 days per week

✔ Basic English skills (to communicate with clients and team)

✔ Smartphone (to manage jobs and navigation)
