About the role

The Quality Assurance Officer is within the Quality Assurance and Projects team in the Community Services, Commissioning & Programs division. The Community Services directorate is responsible for the procurement, contract management, quality and service development and implementation of non-government community services providing alcohol and other drug and mental health, prevention, support and treatment. The role provides specialist advice and support to the Community Services and broader Mental Health Commission, to support quality assurance and monitoring of commissioned services, analysis and research, management and delivery of related projects or initiatives.
