The Opportunity

Are you driven and proactive? The Consultancy Manager oversees FORM's "profit-for-purpose" function. Focusing on sustainable growth, this position drives creative innovation, business management and securing major projects in the areas of Land.Mark.Art, Creative Spaces and Places, Creative Strategy, and Public Art and Activation.

Reporting to the CEO and leading a tight-knit team, the responsibilities are:

• Build and develop strategies for FORM’s Creative and Cultural Consultancy business
• Guide the team to deliver exceptional public art outcomes with deep cultural value
• Develop creative partnerships
• Be a part of the FORM leadership team
• Contribute to financial planning
• Team leadership and developing a positive culture

What You'll Need to Get You Started

• Tertiary qualification in arts, arts management, urban planning, or a related discipline
• An understanding of contemporary art, events and/or experiences management and practice, particularly public art, with knowledge of relevant legislation and industry standards.
• Strong leadership and planning skills with business management experience
• Strong project management skills, financial acumen, and budgeting
• Knowledge of business development
• Knowledge of cultural protocols and community engagement
• Outstanding team, client and stakeholder management skills
• An ability to travel within Australia
