X-Golf Windsor Gardens is looking for an energetic and experienced Casual Venue Supervisor to join our management team. We're looking for someone who can lead from the front, create an outstanding customer experience, and ensure our venue operates at a consistently high standard.

This is much more than a bar role. You'll be responsible for supervising the venue, leading staff, hosting competitions and functions, and delivering exceptional experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

About the Role

As a Venue Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising the day-to-day operation of the venue

• Leading and motivating the team during busy service periods

• Delivering outstanding customer service

• Managing bar operations and ensuring RSA compliance

• Opening and closing the venue

• Running leagues, competitions and private functions

• Resolving customer issues professionally and confidently

• Maintaining exceptional venue presentation and cleanliness

• Supporting the Venue Manager with operational and administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is:

• Passionate about golf or has a genuine interest in the game

• Outgoing, energetic and confident with customers

• A strong leader who enjoys developing and supporting a team

• Calm under pressure and able to make decisions independently

• Reliable, organised and proactive

• Professional while bringing a fun, engaging personality to the venue

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a hospitality supervisory or management role

• Strong hospitality experience, with a solid background working behind the bar

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate

• Responsible Person (RP) Badge preferred

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Availability to work nights and weekends is essential

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards
