BMC Helix BHOM AIOps Consultant

We are seeking an experienced BMC Helix BHOM AIOps Consultant to join a global Application Managed Services (AMS) team supporting enterprise customers across complex IT environments. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a long-term engagement delivering observability, monitoring, automation, and AIOps solutions for leading organisations.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for BMC Helix Operations Management (BHOM) AIOps environments.
• Administer, configure, and optimize BHOM AIOps platforms to ensure high availability and performance.
• Manage Event Correlation, Service Health Monitoring, Situation Management, Impact Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Configure AI/ML-driven capabilities including anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and event noise reduction.
• Develop service models, dashboards, monitoring policies, and topology mappings.
• Troubleshoot platform, integration, and performance issues.
• Support upgrades, patching, migrations, and platform enhancements.
• Integrate BHOM with BMC Helix ITSM, Discovery, cloud platforms, and third-party monitoring tools.
• Drive observability, automation, and AIOps adoption across customer environments.

Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in IT Operations, Managed Services, Enterprise Monitoring, or Consulting.
• Strong hands-on experience with BMC Helix Operations Management (BHOM) AIOps.
• Experience with Event Management, Service Health Monitoring, RCA, Anomaly Detection, and Business Service Monitoring.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Linux/Unix, Windows, and cloud technologies.
• Experience integrating tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Prometheus, and Azure Monitor.
• Strong customer-facing consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable

• BMC Helix Certifications (BCA/BCP).
• ITIL Certification.
• Exposure to HelixGPT, Intelligent Automation, and Agentic AI capabilities.
