Administration & Marketing Assistant - Property

Savills has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration & Marketing Assistant to join our Brisbane CBD office, supporting high-performing Sales and Agency teams.

In this integral role, you will provide broad support across administration, finance, database management, marketing coordination, and property listing preparation. Acting as a central point of support for the team, you will help drive the smooth day-to-day operation of the business, ensuring activities are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

With a strong focus on organisation, accuracy, and service excellence, you will assist the team in meeting deadlines, maintaining critical systems and processes, and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients. As a valued member of the team, you will play an important role in contributing to the overall success and performance of the business.

What You’ll be Doing

• Preparing and coordinating high-quality marketing collateral, submissions and client presentations.
• Managing and updating property listings across Savills and external marketing platforms.
• Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements and client events.
• Managing team diaries, calendars and key deadlines.
• Processing invoices, expenses and job cost administration.
• Maintaining accurate databases, records and reporting information.
• Providing proactive administrative support to high-performing Sales and Agency teams.
• Contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations and success of the team.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in an administration or marketing roles
• Adobe InDesign and Canva experience preferred
• Property industry experience is highly regarded
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
• A proactive mindset, the ability to work collaboratively and autonomously to meet deadlines to contribute positively to the team’s success
