An exciting opportunity is now available to join their Client Service team. This role is ideal for someone with customer service or internal sales experience within the building industry, or someone from another customer-focused sales environment who has a genuine interest in building products and wants to develop a long-term career in the sector.

This is far more than a traditional customer service position. You'll become a trusted point of contact for customers, managing enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders and helping clients find the right solutions for their projects. Supported by an experienced team, you'll receive ongoing training while building valuable industry knowledge and lasting customer relationships.

Role Description

Provide outstanding service to builders, trades and homeowners by managing enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders and delivering a seamless customer experience from enquiry through to delivery.

Responsibilities Will Include:

• Assisting customers in person, by phone and via email

• Preparing accurate quotations and processing customer orders

• Helping customers select the right building products for their projects

• Coordinating orders, suppliers and deliveries to meet customer expectations

• Building strong relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service

This Role Will Suit Someone With:

• Experience in customer service, internal sales for trade/building supplies, or customer service and sales experience from another industry with a genuine interest in the building sector

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong numeracy skills with the ability to prepare accurate pricing and quotations

• A proactive, customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving ability

• A positive attitude, willingness to learn and desire to build a long-term career
