Administration Assistant to Principal

About the role

You'll work closely with one of our Principals across executive support, administration and key business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Trust account management
• Correspondence, follow-ups and action items
• Accounts payable and financial administration
• Payroll
• Preparation of documents, reports and presentations
• Audit, insurance and compliance administration
• Meetings, events and team initiatives
• Advertising and marketing administration
• General executive support and projects

About you

• Detail obsessed - you notice the things others miss and take pride in getting them right
• Solution focused - you work out what needs to happen next
• You follow through, stay ahead and get genuine satisfaction from getting things done
• Confident with technology
• Comfortable working with numbers
• Able to manage confidential information with absolute discretion
• Experience in real estate, trust accounting or financial administration would be highly regarded
