What Youll Do

Lead and support overnight project teams.
Deliver store relays, layout changes, fit-outs, and new store setups.
Keep projects on schedule while maintaining high standards.
Coach team members and drive safe, quality execution.
Complete project reporting, validations, and handovers.
What Youll Bring

Leadership experience in retail, store development, merchandising, fit-outs, or project delivery.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
A hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.
Confidence leading teams and making decisions onsite.
Flexibility to work overnight (9:30pm–6:00am) and travel across Metro & Regional NSW.
