We’re looking for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Revesby team! Someone who is clinically curious, passionate about making a real difference and ready to take the next step in their career journey.

What You'll Be Doing
This isn't a role where every day looks the same.
You'll work in a hybrid working model across clinic and community settings, supporting NDIS participants and community clients to achieve meaningful goals, build independence and get more out of everyday life.

Complete functional assessments and develop individualised therapy plansDeliver evidence-based interventions across clinic and community settingsWork alongside clients, families and support networks through education and coachingManage a diverse caseload across the lifespanMentor and support other OTs, sharing your knowledge and clinical experienceSupport the development of less experienced clinicians through collaboration, case discussions and peer learningCollaborate with a talented multidisciplinary teamContinue developing your own clinical expertise through mentoring, supervision and professional developmentContribute to a culture that values innovation, collaboration and great clinical outcomes

You'll Need
Bachelor (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy4+ years experience as an Occupational Therapist Current AHPRA registrationCurrent Australian Driver's LicenceNDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtainWorking with Children Check or willingness to obtain
