About the role
We have an exciting opportunity joining our Infill Development team within the Development Services Branch at Water Corporation. This is a permanent position, offering the opportunity to contribute to the assessment and delivery of infill development projects across Western Australia. As an Advisor, you’ll undertake assessment and processing of land servicing proposals for existing land parcels and small-scale subdivisions. The role will be based in our Leederville office and will report to the Team Leader, Infill Development.

What the role will involve
About you
Ideally you will be diploma / degree qualified in engineering or related industry technical discipline with experience in and demonstrated capability of investigating, assessing and processing land servicing proposals in accordance with corporate processes. You will have the ability to communicate at all levels and demonstrate a high standard of interpersonal, negotiation and analytical skills. Knowledge of planning legislation, policies and practices in Western Australia and ideally in relation to the water industry will ensure success in this role.
