Sommelier – Rate depends on qualifications and experience.
What we are looking for
- 2+ years’ experience in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant environment
- For the Sommelier role, preferably Level 2 WSET or higher, or equivalent professional experience and strong knowledge of wine.
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- For bartender- confident in making cocktails with speed, accuracy, and consistency, experience with bar setup, stock control, and maintaining par levels
- Ability to handle multiple orders at once while staying calm under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on guest experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with floor and kitchen teams
- Valid RSA and full Australian working rights
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and busy service periods
