Kiss Distribution offers opportunities for growth in a fast-moving, customer-oriented environment.Role Description The Territory Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing sales and account activities within an assigned geographic territory that extends from Coffs Harbour to Brisbane south and through Southern Downs.This role includes managing relationships with supermarket clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring consistent product availability. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting meetings with store stakeholders, analyzing sales performance, preparing territory plans, and coordinating with internal teams on inventory and logistics. The Territory Manager will also monitor market trends, support promotional activities, and resolve client issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires proactive communication, organized territory management, and regular reporting on performance metrics.Qualifications Experience in territory or account management, preferably within FMCG, retail, or supermarket distribution.Strong skills in relationship building, negotiation, and customer service.Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable territory plans.Proficiency with CRM tools and common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to stakeholders.Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple accounts remotely.Comfort working independently in a remote environment, with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.Knowledge of supply chain or logistics processes is beneficial.Previous experience in supermarket, petrol & convenienve or retail environments is an advantage.
