Business Services Manager | Part-Time | Flexible hours

Are you an experienced Business Services Manager looking for a flexible part-time opportunity?

At DLA Partners, we're seeking a dynamic Business Services Manager who brings exceptional communication skills, strong technical expertise and a genuine passion for helping clients succeed. You'll work with a diverse client portfolio, providing trusted advice that extends well beyond compliance while mentoring a talented team.

The role involves-

• Managing a portfolio of clients, workflow, deliverables and queries in collaboration with partners

• Reviewing Financial Statements, Tax Returns and work papers for different entities

• Mentoring and developing team members

• Contributing to business advisory services and other special client work engagements

About you-

• 5 years accounting experience in Australian public practice including technical accounting, tax and financial reporting

• CA or CPA qualified, or equivalent experience

• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and deliver practical, solution-focused outcomes

• Experience leading, mentoring and developing team members

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and colleagues

• Positive, proactive and collaborative, with a genuine desire for continuous learning and professional growth
