Book Keeper / Accountant - Galong

The Farm in Galong is a residential rehabilitation service for women and children nestled in the Hilltops region of NSW.

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper / Accountant to work 2 days a week on-site. You will manage our financial workflows from day-to-day data entry through to full balance sheet preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end bookkeeping, payroll, superannuation, and balance sheet reconciliations in MYOB.
• Manage Centrelink payment split for clients.
• Complete regular, scheduled handovers of clean financial files to our external accountant

What You Need

• Proven experience in full-function bookkeeping up to balance sheet level.
• Strong skills using MYOB and manage payroll.
• Excellent communication skills to work closely with frontline care staff.
• A respectful, discreet approach to handling highly confidential information.
• A mandatory National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
