About the role

We're looking for a proactive and organised Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of facilities management services across a busy property portfolio. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll be a key contact for tenants, contractors and internal stakeholders, helping to coordinate maintenance requests, support compliance and keep works moving efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests

• Liaise with tenants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams

• Administer the facilities management software system

• Support building compliance, contractor compliance and reporting

• Assist with quotes, purchase orders, invoices and cost tracking

• Attend sites across the Victorian portfolio to support inspections, maintenance follow-up, contractor coordination and tenant requirements

• Help with site inspections, audits and identifying maintenance issues

• Contribute to process improvements across the FM function

About you

• 2–4+ years' experience in facilities, property, building services or similar

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Contractor coordination experience, ideally in a commercial building environment

• Good attention to detail and strong follow-up skills

• Ability to juggle competing priorities and work to deadlines

• Confidence using Microsoft Office; FM software experience would be a bonus

• A positive, practical and team-focused approach
