This role requires flexible availability, with availability during some weekday daytime hours and some weekend shifts.

At Specsavers West Lakes, we’re a busy store with a team that works well together. People here support each other, communicate clearly, and get along, especially when it’s busy. The days move quickly, expectations are clear, and you’re never left to figure things out on your own.

This role suits someone who wants around three consistent shifts per week, can be available for some weekday work, and enjoys being part of a supportive, professional team while balancing other priorities, like study.

What You'll Be Doing: 

• Assist Customers – Be the expert who helps customers find eyewear that not only elevates their style but also ensures they see the world with crystal-clear vision.

• Provide Excellent Service – Offer friendly, professional assistance from the moment they walk in until they leave with a smile. 

• Maintain Store Appearance – Keep things fresh, organised, and inviting—because first impressions last!

• Support the Team – Collaborate with colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly, especially during busy times.
