We are on an exciting journey to become one of the world’s most iconic hospitality groups, led by phenomenal people. As part of our continued growth, we’re seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team and help drive financial excellence across the organisation.

Role Overview

The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, ensure accurate reporting and support strategic decision-making. Working closely with the CFO and our outsourced finance operation, you’ll help maintain strong financial controls and deliver timely, meaningful insights to the business.

The role will also support our upcoming migration to Microsoft Business Central (MSBC), with experience in accounting system implementations or migrations highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations and financial reporting

• Manage relationships with outsourced finance providers across AP, AR, payroll and reconciliations

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports

• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis

• Monitor cash flow, working capital and financial risks

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

• Support the CFO with strategic planning, investment analysis and board reporting

• Drive financial systems and process improvements

• Provide financial insights to operational teams to support profitability

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA or CA preferred

• 5+ years’ experience in financial management

• Hospitality experience is preferred but not essential

• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and compliance

• Experience working with outsourced finance providers or shared services

• Strong Excel and financial systems experience; experience with Microsoft Business Central (MSBC) or accounting system migrations is highly advantageous

• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
