What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with clients to understand and document business requirements, including Australian Awards and enterprise agreements.

• Lead the configuration and delivery of Dayforce Workforce Management solutions for complex operational models (multi-site, shift-based, remote operations).

• Support clients through readiness and adoption activities, including training, data validation, and Go Live.

• Train and coach junior implementation consultants.

• Provide insights to optimise scheduling, labour planning, and compliance.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Dayforce Workforce Management (project delivery or BAU)

• Implementation Consulting experience, delivering full end to end lifecycle.

• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (penalties, overtime, allowances, fatigue management).

• Ability to translate operational requirements into Dayforce configuration.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
