About The Role

We are hiring two Intermediate level Full Stack Engineers to join our team.

This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who is well versed in using AI driven development while also contributing to technical direction, architectural discussions, and raising engineering standards across the team.

You’ll work closely with the Engineering Manager, Principal Engineer and a collaborative team of engineers to deliver scalable, secure, high-quality product features.

Experience Level Requirements

Intermediate Engineer: Minimum 6 years professional software development experience

What You'll Do

Use AI engineering practices and tools to design, develop, test and deploy scalable web application features end-to-endContribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-makingPartner with our AI tools to conduct code reviews and uphold engineering best practicesDeliver predictable, well-estimated work with clear milestones and trade-offsContribute to improving our usage of AI, our engineering standards, quality, and performanceTroubleshoot and debug production issuesSupport critical events including triage, system analysis and post-incident reviewsCollaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality product outcomes

Our Tech Stack

Tooling: Claude Code, Open AI, Cursor, Rovo, Microsoft Foundry.

Backend: .NET (C#), Web APIs, background jobs

Frontend: React + TypeScript

Database: MSSQL

Cloud & Infrastructure: Azure & AWS, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines

Observability: Azure App Services, Datadog, OpenTelemetry

Skills & Experience

6+ years in software developmentSolid experience with AI-assisted development tools (OpenAI, Claude, or similar)Strong experience with .NET (C#), TypeScript and modern web application developmentSolid understanding of software engineering principles and design patternsExperience delivering well-defined feature-sized bodies of workExperience scoping and estimating technical tasksStrong experience with Git-based version control and code review practicesExperience working in Agile environments

Nice to Have

Experience working in cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure)Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)Experience implementing testing strategies and automated testing frameworks
