Who We're Looking For:

We have multiple positions available for newly qualified Carpenters, Glaziers, Labourers and experienced Tradespeople.

Experience & Qualifications

• Qualified Carpenter or Glazier preferred but not essential (experience with heritage buildings/windows is a bonus)

• Minimum 6 months construction experience required for applicants without formal qualifications

• Ability to work well in a team and willingness to learn

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship

• Applicants must have valid Australian work rights

What a Typical Day Looks Like:

• Arrive on time for morning briefing & load-out

• Remove existing glass, prep rebates, and repair window frames

• Safely move and install new double-glazed units (glass handling)

• Work with ladders, scaffolding, or boom lifts as required

• White card certification is mandatory for this role

• Follow our proven installation process for efficiency and safety

• Clean up and pack down at the end of the day
