East Wimmera Health Service (EWHS) is a fully accredited rural health service providing high-quality care across five campuses in Birchip, Charlton, Donald, St Arnaud and Wycheproof, serving the communities of the Buloke and Northern Grampians Shires.
EWHS delivers a comprehensive range of acute, aged care and community health services, working in partnership with local general practices to provide integrated, consumer centred care. Our services also include post-acute care, planned activity groups and infection prevention and control.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to lead our St Arnaud Campus. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Clinical Services, the Campus Manager is responsible for the operational leadership of the campus, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality clinical and aged care services while fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting continuous service improvement.
The role also provides leadership in coordinating patient flow, bed utilisation and access management across EWHS, ensuring efficient service delivery and optimal patient outcomes.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced nurse leader who is passionate about rural healthcare and can demonstrate:
