About the role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join a busy team in Perth. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional care and contributing to the growth and success of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients based on their specific needs and goalsProvide evidence-based treatment modalities, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education on injury prevention and self-managementCollaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as massage therapists and sports physicians, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes for clientsMaintain accurate and detailed clinical records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with regulatory standardsDemonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills in interacting with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholdersStay current with the latest research and developments in physiotherapy practice, contributing to the ongoing professional development of the teamActively participate in clinic initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements
Current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia (AHPRA)Bachelor's or Master's degree in PhysiotherapyExcellent time management and organisation skillsCommitment to client outcomes and evidence-based practiceAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment - team player Attention to detail and skills in analysis, planning and problem solvingCommitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning
