About the role Facto is growing, and we're looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Talent team — someone who wants to build a career in professional services recruitment, minus the sales.This is a pure talent sourcing role. You'll support our Senior Talent Partner in finding, engaging, and screening top candidates across our core practice areas — Project & Agile Delivery, Business Analysis & Product, and Quality Assurance. No BD, no client sales targets. Just great sourcing.
You'll work within a small, close-knit team where everyone pitches in. It's a fast-paced environment, but a supportive one — the kind of place where curiosity and a great attitude are highly valued.
What you'll do:Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and our internal database/ATSSupport pipelining of talent across our Project Management, Business Analysis, and Quality Assurance capabilitiesHelp screen candidates on the phone for availability, right to work, salary expectations, and basic fitDraft and post job ads across relevant channelsKeep candidate records accurate and up to date in the ATSSupport shortlist preparation for live rolesHelp build and nurture talent communities for hard-to-fill and recurring rolesNurture and maintain in regular contact with our existing talent
Who you are:You've got some experience in sourcing or recruitment already — agency background is ideal, but not essentialYou might be early in your agency recruitment career and looking to move into professional services/consulting, with a focus purely on sourcing rather than salesYou're detail-oriented and comfortable managing a high volume of candidates and roles at onceYou're AI curious and keen to explore how it can improve and positively impact recruitment and talent processesYou're a genuine team player — no egos here, just good collaborators with a can-do attitudeYou're open to learning and keen to grow your sourcing craft
Nice to have:Experience sourcing for IT/technology rolesExposure to an ATS (e.g. JobAdder)Understanding of contractor vs. permanent engagement modelsStrong LinkedIn Recruiter / Boolean search skillsConfident, professional candidate communicationComfortable managing a high volume of candidates and roles concurrently
