In this rewarding leadership position, you will:

• Support the day-to-day management and operations of the centre
• Partner with the Centre Manager to achieve compliance, occupancy and business goals
• Lead curriculum development and educational programs as the Educational Leader
• Coach, mentor and inspire educators to achieve high-quality outcomes
• Support continuous improvement and National Quality Standards excellence
• Build strong relationships with children, families and the local community
• Drive a positive culture where educators feel supported, valued and empowered

You will bring:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Previous leadership experience within an early childhood setting
• Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards
• Proven ability to mentor and develop educators
• Current Working with Children's Check
• Strong communication, organisational and relationship-building skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional outcomes for children, families and teams
