Health & Injury Management Solutions Pty Ltd provides services to self-insured workers' compensation programs across Australia.
These are permanent or permanent part-time administration position working Monday to Friday.
We are looking for a resourceful people who would like to learn from a highly experienced and agile claims management team and its diverse portfolio of clients.

The position is based at our offices in 32 Lexington Drive, Bella Vista, NSW.
Job tasks and responsibilities
In this position you will be working with a range of specialists and our clients in an integrated model
Candidates must have workers compensation claims management experience and will be involved in general office administration, injury management, electronic filing, data entry, correspondence, printing and attending client meetings both on and off-site.
The position involves working together with a team and involves:
Liaison with injured workers, self-insurers clients and suppliers.
Updating all claims activities on the claims systems
Preparing letters, estimates and contact notes,
Assisting the team with injured worker liaison and general duties
Data entry of decisions, invoices and correspondence
Support the team with new client consulting projects.
Attending team weekly meetings and L&D sessions.
Learning other jurisdictions if interested.
Skills and experience
At least 2 years' experience managing workers' compensation claims
Competent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, work to deadlines, with good time management skills
Experience in Microsoft Office 365
Ability to work together with a team spread across Australia.
Experience with medical treatments and injury management will help but not essential, people coming back to the workforce or with an allied health background are also welcome.
