Childcare Worker (Elsternwick)

At Niño Early Learning Adventures Elsternwick, we believe every child deserves the best start in life. Our centres are purpose-built, child-focused environments where curiosity, creativity and care are nurtured every day. We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Child Care Worker to join our vibrant team on a 38 hour per week, rotating roster, and help shape the future of our children through early education.

About the Role

As a Child Care Worker, you will:

• Provide a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that supports children’s learning and development.
• Assist in the planning and delivery of age-appropriate educational activities.
• Support the emotional, social and developmental needs of children.
• Maintain hygiene, health and safety standards in the centre.
• Build warm and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Observe, record and report on children's progress and behaviour.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
• A current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid/CPR certification.
• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for working with young children and supporting their growth and development.
