We’re looking for an experienced Senior Warehouse Storeperson to join a busy distribution facility in Maddington.

This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced Forklift or High Reach Operator who takes pride in working safely, keeping things organised and getting the job done efficiently.

You’ll play an important role across receiving, replenishment, despatch and general warehouse operations, while supporting your teammates and contributing to continuous improvement.

For the right person, this role can also provide a genuine pathway into future leadership opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating forklifts and high-reach machinery safely and efficiently

• Supporting receiving, replenishment, despatch and general warehouse activities

• Managing stock movements accurately

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse

• Helping coordinate daily tasks and supporting junior team members

• Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be well suited to this role if you have:

• A current Forklift Licence; high-reach experience is highly regarded

• At least 3 years’ warehouse or distribution experience

• A strong understanding of workplace health and safety

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• A reliable, hands-on and proactive approach

• The ability to adapt to changing priorities

• An interest in developing your skills and progressing into leadership
