Companion Driver

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and trustworthy companion driver who will assist clients to their personal and medical appointments. Ideally, you are someone who’s confident behind the wheel and can manage people with disabilities, elderly citizens and even children. You can handle navigating systems (Google maps or built-in car navigation system), has a clean criminal record, has a working driver license with a good driving record. Someone who lives around Concord, Strathfield, Canada Bay or Inner West area will be preferred.

We are open to people with rich life experiences (our drivers are mostly 60 y/o and above!) with some spare time on their hands and are looking to earn extra while helping people. Our company’s motto is “We’re family when family can’t be there” so if you have a heart for helping others and you meet most of the requirements, then maybe you are the right one for the job!

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $120.00 – $150.00 per day

• Sydney NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Application Question(s):

• Do you have a safe space to keep the vehicle?
• Some clients would need to be pushed in their wheelchair. Are you physically fit to push a wheelchair or lift a wheelchair and place to the boot of the vehicle? A wheelchair can weigh between 12-15 kgs.
• Do you have flexibility and available hours on Wednesdays, Fridays and Mondays?
• Do you live within 10 kms to Concord West? If yes, please state which suburb.
