Cafe manager - Part Time opportunity

Operations Management

• Open or close the café according to standard procedures.
• Oversee daily floor operations
• Monitor quality, speed, and presentation .
• Ensure cleanliness and adherence to health & safety standards.

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and support team members during shifts.
• Delegate tasks and break schedules efficiently.
• Train new team members on protocols and customer service.

Customer Experience

• Act as the first point of escalation for customer concerns.
• Ensure friendly and timely service throughout the shift.
• Handle refunds, discounts, and complaints appropriately.

Administrative & Reporting

• Complete shift paperwork (e.g., cash handling, inventory counts, checklists).
• Communicate shift performance
• Monitor stock levels; alert management for low supplies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
• Prior team lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and café hygiene standards.
