Dental Assistant/Receptionist

An exciting opportunity exists for a Full-Time Dental all rounder to join our Large Team at a well established Dental Clinic, located in South East Melbourne.

About the role/Responsibilities: 

• Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional demeanor

• Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy

• Collaborate with the entire team to ensure a smooth workflow and optimal patient experience

• Chairside assistance 

About you:

• A minimum of 1 year experience in the dental industry (Certificate III highly regarded but not essential) 

• Must be available every Saturday (Saturday rates)

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

• Professionalism and the ability to maintain a calm and friendly demeaner in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Must be a team player and work collaboratively with the dental staff
