Job Description

We currently have a great opportunity for a Part-Time Aerodrome Operator to join our team at Perth Airport. This role would suit someone that wants to stay active and has an interest in the Aviation industry.

Looking for a career change? No previous experience is required for this role as 12 weeks of comprehensive on the job training will be provided. We would love to hear from individuals with any type of manufacturing, operational or technical background. Responsibilities

As an Aircraft Refueller, you play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient refuelling of aircrafts. This position offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values safety, precision, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities For The Role Include

Mainly focused on tarmac operations to assist customers and conduct Into Plane FuellingDriving fuel dispensers and tankers (including Heavy Rigid vehicles).Engaging in tasks at elevated heightsHandling manual tasks and entering dataDelivering exceptional customer serviceDemonstrate mechanical aptitudeEnsuring fuel quality control through testingStrong work ethicStrong communication skills with a positive outlookReliable and trustworthyAttention to detailStrong commitment to HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) practices

Qualifications

Current minimum of Heavy Rigid licenseDesire to work and contribute to a high performing teamDangerous Goods license desirable, but can be obtained after commencementReliable transportFlexibility to cover changing workload demand within an airport, across a 24 hour operation, which will include weekend work
