About the RoleThe primary function of the Operations Manager is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the administration office, with particular focus on the accuracy and timeliness of estimating and scheduling processes. This includes managing workflow across the team, ensuring quotes are delivered within required timeframes, and overseeing the scheduling of installations in alignment with builder programs and operational capacity 4. The Operations Manager contributes to the ongoing improvement of office systems, processes and team capability. This includes identifying inefficiencies, implementing process improvements, developing standard procedures and ensuring the team is well-led, well-supported and performing to a consistently high standard.
