Administration/ Mobilisation Officer

Dean's Autoglass is a trusted supplier and repairer of automotive and machinery glass products and services across Western Australia. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Administration/Mobilisation Officer to join our head office team in Gnangara.

Role Overview
The Administration/Mobilisation Officer liaises with customers, quotes and invoices work through MYOB, and manages scheduling and mobilisation for site technicians, supporting work across Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers to quote and schedule jobs, including work on machinery, vehicles and trucks at mine sites

• Complete daily invoicing and data processing using MYOB

• Order freight and ensure delivery within strict time frames

• Book flights, medicals, coordinate inductions and manage other mobilisation requirements for site technicians

• Provide administrative support to management as required

• Provide general office administration support to other team members when needed

About You

• Proven experience in a similar administration or coordination role

• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail

• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Confident communicator, both written and verbal
