Responsibilities Preparing ingredients and measuring portion sizes Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes

Supervise quality of dishes throughout all stages of preparation and presentation Preparation and planning of meal designs

Keeping an eye of expiry dates of food Monitor and record inventory, and if necessary, order new supplies Managing own section and making sure it clean

Provide support to junior kitchen employees with various tasks including line-cooking, food preparation, and dish plating Engage with staff to address food preparation related issues

Adhere to and implement sanitation regulations and safety regulations Qualifications Relevant Diploma or 3 years relevant experience

Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Pay $81,000 to $86,000 based on experience
