Diesel Fitter

DIESEL FITTER REQUIRED FOR IMMEDIATE START

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Diesel Fitters to join our family run business. This position will be 7/7 rotating roster in the Bowen Basin with overtime available.

Requirements:

• Trade qualification in heavy equipment diesel fitting

• Experience on Caterpillar, Hitachi, Komatsu and Liebherr equipment

• Strong knowledge of Cat 631/657 scrapers

• Strong knowledge of Cat d6/8/10/11 dozers

• Strong knowledge of Cat haul trucks

• Knowledge of civil construction equipment

• Be able to work unsupervised and in a team environment

• Be honest with a strong work ethic

• Decent amount of tooling to get the job done

• Be able to pass random drug and alcohol testing

Documents required (necessary):

• Trade certificate

• Current driver's license (Front and Back)

• Three valid references

Documents desired but not crucial:

• Current coal board medical

• Standard 11 (Statement of Attainment)

• Able to access BMA sites
