Family owned and operated, we've built our reputation on trust, straight-talking service, and knowing our customers by name. Now we're looking for an all-rounder 2IC to help us keep it that way for the next 65.

About the Role

This is a genuine all-rounder position for someone who likes variety and taking responsibility.

• Serving customers and driving sales on the shop floor

• Processing and merchandising stock

• Working across the pawn side of the business — loans, redemptions, and valuations

• Helping run the day-to-day so the store operates smoothly

What We're Looking For

• A reliable, hands-on person who takes pride in their work

• Comfortable talking to customers and confident handling sales

• Trustworthy and level-headed

• Available to work on Saturdays

• Experience in retail, pawnbroking, or a similar customer-facing role is a bonus, but not essential — we're happy to train the right person

• Ability to make decisions, work with people and work independently
